A matching document is archived and the order status is updated; an unreadable or mismatched document goes to an operator.

Can handwritten receipts be read?
Usually yes, but readability depends on scan quality. If a field cannot be read, the document goes to an operator and the system does not guess the value.
Does the status change on a mismatched document?
No. If the quantity or signature does not match, the order status changes only after an operator checks it.
